Christin Everson, MS
Fitness and wellness educator and behavior change expert with 16 years of experience, located in Seattle, WA. My philosophy is rooted in sustainable, practical, and personalized well-being for the whole person. I counter the traditional fitness model and focus on self-kindness, comprehensive fitness, and a wide range of important health outcomes.
I have nearly a decade of experience as a national presenter, and freelance writer, helping support the education and growth of the fitness industry. I have directed many successful fitness center operations and programs. Always with an equal focus on caring for fitness staff as I do fitness clients. I regularly engage in continued learning opportunities and think critically about the needs of many unique communities. I approach each topic or consulting project through a behavior change lens.
