Host a CEC Workshop for your Fitness Team!
Choose from previously created workshops or request custom content based on your community’s interests or needs. Workshops can be completed live, in person, or virtually, costing between $500 and $4,000 + travel costs.
All workshops can be submitted for CECs through ACE, ACSM and NASM.

Investigation & Planning: Strategies to Support the Success of New Clients
Health and fitness can be so overwhelming for our clients and participants. In this workshop, we’ll discuss strategies that help fitness professionals guide participants to understand their wants and needs and how to make fitness choices that support their present and future selves. We’ll discuss how to be more effective at using behavior change and motivational strategies, helping to set meaningful goals with clients, and the importance of working with the client to choose activities that align with their needs. Ultimately supporting the participant’s overall success and future adherence to physical activity.

The Managers Guide to Retaining New Exercisers
The member experience is the summation of all the elements of your business, including your marketing, communication, customer service, facility operations and programming. The overall experience is what determines if a new or returning exerciser will continue participating with your business. In this workshop, we’ll discuss the importance of understanding the fears and vulnerabilities of new exercisers and the impact it can have on your business and retention rates. We’ll identify specific action items you can utilize within each element of your business to provide more care for new exercisers.
This workshop will help managers have a deeper understanding of the comprehensive member experience and, specifically, the needs of new exercisers. It will provide specific action items that will help you deliver more intentional care for your members, which will positively affect their experience and adherence, and your retention.
