Course Details

  2. Understand the unique behavior change and motivational elements that affect fitness professionals.

  3. Identify the areas you need more support in.

  4. Utilize the full set of skills we have as professionals, but with yourself in mind.

Materials

  • 60 min presentation video with slides

  • PDF worksheet to guide you through identifying what you need to feel more well, identifying your motivators and behavior change elements and how to begin thoughtfully planning.

Cost:

  • $35 + tax (businesses can use their tax ID to exclude taxes)

CECs:

  • This course is ACE, NASM, and ACSM approved for 0.10 and 1, respectively, after course completion and a passing quiz score.

  • Fitness industry consultant, educator, and coach with 16 years of experience located in Seattle, WA. Christin holds a BA in psychology and an MS in kinesiology. She is an ACE certified Health Coach, Personal Trainer, Medical Exercise Specialist, Group Fitness Instructor, and Behavior Change Specialist. Christin helps fitness businesses better attract, support, and retain new and returning exercisers, as well as provide care for their fitness staff.
