Fitness Systems Upgrade

Reviewing your programs and services and providing actionable feedback to make them more inclusive of the needs of new exercisers.

Available virtually or in person

Most fitness programs unintentionally cater only to the already-fit. That leaves a huge number of potential participants—new exercisers, those returning after a break, and those who don’t see themselves represented—feeling left out or overwhelmed.

And when systems aren’t functional? Your staff feels it. Your members feel it. And your programming underperforms.

Let’s fix that.

What You Get

A full virtual review of your current fitness programs, systems, customer service, and member onboarding.

An in-depth audit of where your offerings support or miss the mark for new and returning exercisers.

Clear, prioritized recommendations that are practical and specific to your community.

Expert guidance rooted in behavior change theory and a people-first approach to fitness.

Follow-up support to ensure you feel confident implementing changes.

How it Works:

1. Choose Your Scope-of-Work

  • A deep dive into the elements of a personal training or small group training program. If you currently use forms or email to run a portion of your personal training program, this service is perfect for you and will help you increase revenue, efficiency and the client experience.

  • This can be on a specific segment of your group fitness program, like your mind/body formats, or on the entire operations and structure of your group fitness program. A big benefit is aligning all class experiences so participants can rely on experiential continuity regardless of the format. It also provides a roadmap for staff hiring, training and growing the program with intention.

  • One of the biggest areas that influence the member experience is the membership/customer service team and your new member onboarding system. We’ll review every aspect of the existing system and provide a detailed plan of action to better support and retain new exercisers.

  • I’ll review the layout of your equipment, your way-finding, equipment choices and functional space availability to provide a detailed set of recommendations on how to improve the new exercisers experience moving in and through your facility.

2. Choose the area(s) you’d like to review within the SOW
